Is it true we aren’t getting a bonus this year? HR had accidentally mentioned at a meeting that there won’t be bonus payments.

Another year with no bonus would send the wrong signal, and could bring further down the already very low morale and levels of employee engagement… no bonus = a potential exodus of top talent + more of the pervasive quiet quitting in the org
BG and the board need to keep in mind that most of us don’t get the massive fixed salary and company stock that they get. Earning our bonus potential is a big part for me. If I go through another year if no or low bonus, I really need to think about going somewhere else to earn my keep.
All the Yeezy we have sold = we will get 100% bonus
Without Yeezy = no bonus = 2024
to be fair, we don’t have official results yet.
BG has said may times that targets were set flat to 2022 and that it should help us get 100% bonus payout. I’m optimistic, but there are some factors working against us.
I’m more concerned that we’ll be able to deliver the “double-digit growth” he’s promised investors in 2024.
No it’s not true.
I doubt that if Bjoern is keeping his promise. And I do believe he will keep his promise if when we are achieving our goals for the year we should be rewareded with a bonus.
