As someone who has been working for 2U for years, I used to think that I was gaining valuable transferable skills, however now I feel pigeonholed into EdTech onboarding-type jobs. Anything outside of that and I’ll have to take a pay cut while also pursuing certifications etc. to get out of this narrow box I’ve placed myself into.
Anyone have any recommendations on jobs outside of EdTech of a similar pay grade?
