Need to get cost structure inline with other organizations within the company. 20% reduction in US. Will backfill resulting gaps from India. Severance is 2 weeks per year, plus a small title-dependent bump.
Rumored D-day is Oct 11.
That was the TBS all hands. The Senior Director (I need not name) told there would be 20% overall cut but some locations like NJ will be more. They will hire in QIPL to manage the cuts here.
