Dude would rather buy more suits of armor and abuse his IT teams instead of figuring out how to actual keep the lights on. What a joke. Being bought by 2U is a death sentence and it's the worst thing to ever happen to edX.

Where is Andrew Hermalyn in this? Is he still the one going around forming the university partnerships??
I think sales reports into Andrew Hermalyn (President, Partnerships) not Dobbs.
Or at least it did a year ago, could have changed.
That's true. But also, I don't need (or want) any one of them in my friends circle. I just want competent leadership back. It never really was with Chip. But once upon a time, he had better leaders in place. But not anymore.
Chip / Gab / Dobbs - none of them are your friend and none of them care about you personally.
Gab = Sales
Dobbs = seemingly Shifting Mirrors, Snake Oil Salesman type leadership
Because for the longest time, this company was thriving. When the sales department thrives, the company thrives. It was a well oiled machine and we all shared the $poils ( respectable bonus a few times per year, respect for and in the job, not as driven by d-mb metrics that conflict with each other - as we strive to get to the end goal - strong students, strong campus relationships, company events/celebratory mood or "culture").
And then came Dobbs, and POOF!
Gabriel Bustamante. The company went to absolute sht since he left in August 2020.
Like him or not, Gab is the guy who used to run admissions/sales from @ the start of the company.
He was replaced (a couple of years ago) by Dobbs. And the result of the destruction of the sales department seems to be a direct result of Dobbs' incompetence.
Who is Gab? I keep seeing the name.
Worst thing to happen to Trilogy, too. I used to love my job. 2U changed it into a toxic dump.
It seems as though they're slowly trying to scrub away the 2U name and fuse the remaining bits into edX.
