I am from BD SJ and was laid off earlier in the year. They give severance depending on your length that you worked in the company. apparently for contractors, they did not get that much.
Any more layoff calls for SJ? Any information if severance is offered? It’s gonna be my first layoff I appreciate advice on what I can ask financially? I have high rent and major medical expenses.
I believe BD will be more stable after or during fiscal year 2025. What are your thought?
