Oh, so it turns out we didn't perform well last year. Brave of you to say that to us now, PS.

No FY23 Bonus
FY22 Bonus delayed again

Less than 2 minutes into the Hobbit's speech, and the um-meter has hit 19 already.

Weak as pi-s leadership from the ELT, in particular PS

Either:

  • They knew the FY23 bonus was a mirage, yet still decided to keep stringing people along.
  • They are rubbish at cash flow management and therefore incompetent

Either way they need to go. PS did an exit stage left before the hard questions started in the announcement meeting. What kind of leader does that?

The normal hard working folk in the company as usual are the ones left holding the baby. Either because they ended up being a cuck for snr management, or because they were relying on a bonus of broken promises.

It's disrespectful and out of touch - fully let them eat cake style. It befits a Marie Antoinette ending.

A slight warning - SurveyMonkey will forward your IP address alongside the anonymous survey data. Not sure if that's a userAgent thing or an actual IP address, but either way there's ways around them.

Y'know, in case you wanted to make absolutely sure your questions pre all-hands were actually anonymous.

Will it ever be paid is the question!

I still can't believe they'd announce, let alone pay, a bonus for FY23 until they've "resolved FY22 bonus".

Managers will find out if it’s going to be paid and if so, how much they have to share amongst their teams. I hear that if it will be paid, not to expect more than 50%
