Boeing has been increasingly lacking in good engineering and management since mid 90s. So no surprise that Boeing has failed and will continue to fail at all they attempt. The Bob Bogash stuff is a great read why Boeing is doomed.
ULA launches are dwindling to insignificant and SLS days are numbered or will become another one of many Boeing project financial disasters.
