How is the flex work policy at BP? Will I be able to remote work during the holiday season since I am planning on visiting parents for Christmas.

also there is apparently a big big problema of people sleeping with coworkers.

Seems like a strange place to ask this question. You should have a discussion with your line manager and it's between you and him/her how work arrangement can be arranged. I for one just had a similar request and he's ok with it.
