Whoever wrote that long message is a MO--N. A sophisticated private equity buyer paid billions for that business. Buyer beware. Get a life.
Yea, "International/Kerridge" isn't part of CDK Global anymore....but Imagine I buy a car at auction in fair condition, I then strip it for parts, but put a fresh coat of paint on it and then advertise it as in great condition and sell it to you. After you buy it, you find out what horrible shape the car is actually in and you can barely keep it running without shoveling more money into it somehow. Can you really say that just because I am no longer the current owner...that it has nothing to do with me? Seems a little disingenuous.
