But intel is too focused on paying engineers decently while crapping on the floor technicians who actually keep the fab running. Intel mid and upper management and hiring have this mentality of 'let's hire someone off the street for 22 or less an hour to work on tools who have no idea about basic AC DC theory, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, heat transfer, fluid flow, trouble shooting as well as hand tools as well as keeping work areas clean and organized to train them on the cheap - that's a recipe for disaster. Kids these days are undisciplined kids who play on their phones and not at all focused on the job. Intel doesn't hire quality techs anymore and the fabs suffer. It's a systemic issue that is going to erode any long term potential in this company.
Unless you’re a grade 57 as a tech, you don’t make enough to live a decent lifestyle and support your family unless your spouse works. Bidenomics working so well!
