As a former 2U employee, I trusted my gut when I left with a sour taste in my mouth after my manager gave me toxic positivity and tried to gaslight me to stay after watching me fail. I was confused but I knew they were trying to undermine my reality. Listen to your gut. Don’t be afraid to speak up.
