Is there a succession plan for Hock?

There is, but is like a famous cola drink formula. It is a well kept secret. There are a few obvious people, but it is a trade secret.

The guy is 73. Even if he wanted to work until he drops dead instead of retiring, there should be a succession plan?! Did Krause leave because of VMware, btw?

  1. Kawwas would like everyone to believe he's the successor. Not obvious it's going to be the case.

He signed a five year renewal contract and happy doing his job. There is a succession plan somewhere. But after Tom Krause left , the heir apparent was not so clear. Enjoy these five years.
