Be honest, please. Are you trolling or are you being genuine? If it's the latter, why? What is it that makes this hellhole a good place to work for you when the majority of us can't stand it? I'm sure others would like to know as well.

I know they have a lot of roles. As of 2025 what is it like for the technology focused roles. I know a lot of people who worked there when they were First Data. First Data employment seemed unreliable and they often RIFed employs, even in highly skilled roles. Pay seemed not that great and I also heard that they often pushed over time or if salaried worked you to the bone.
I enjoyed working there as I was just let go at no fault of my own. Second time they’ve let people go from my team, which is sad because we need our jobs. Working for 9 months then being ‘laid off’ is quit frustrating - back on the hunt again for a job. Would have stayed wth Fiserv long term, loved interacting with cardholders and solving their problems. Oh well.
I know a few people in BH that like it because there's no expectations for them. All they have to do is exist for Frank to get his rebate.
I enjoyed working for fiserv until:
hiring freeze (basicaly my team was shrinking every few months for almost 2 years with few exception when somebody was replaced)
low merrit increase (in comparsion with inflation I received % double digit pay cut)
mandatory RTO
So I packed my stuff and left for another company receiving 40% pay increase and possibility of working from home.
There was a time when I loved my boss, my team, etc. The last few years of RTO, many of my former coworkers being RIF’d and people we spent time training only to be let go has definitely changed the way I feel about this company. I’m not naive to believe the grass is so much greener elsewhere, but at this point I would even take the days that were cr-ppy a few years ago over the everyday mess that occurs now. I would not recommended this company to anyone.
The building is getting rid of the conference rooms, using all collaboration spaces for more desks. So even under their absurd guise of collaboration they can’t even contain themselves. They are ripping apart the building they falsely advertised. Hope they kept all the pictures when they had spaces.
I liked my role, though I hated and vehemently disagreed with the direction leadership has taken. I had a great boss, was super flexible and went to bat for his group continually. My coworkers were good. Threat of RTO, RIF, and the lack of compensation/career progression pushed several in my group out the door on their own.
It's really sad to sit back and watch the train wreck that Fiserv leadership is. They've got a ton of grace because fiserv is so big and individual bad decisions may not impact things at a scale where they are felt, but when you add all the bad decision making up it's going to doom the company at some point. I don't think the leadership cares, they are just trying to get theirs before it completely derails.
I like my job, have a good boss and people are fine. I'm not overworked but does get crazy at times. What I don't like is RTO, everything is remote in the US and several countries. I am embarrassed what company leaders are doing to other employees. The office building is nice but parking is not good unless you get in early. The cubes are nice and not to close and the desks raise so you can stand. I've seen the stupidity at other sites, just nuts. I would hate that and don't think it would last very long before leaving. My boss, location and job function is what has kept me here and is good for the most part but I am ready to retire. I really wish more people had it better, makes me sick to see what is going on in other locations.
The experience depends on the business unit, department and specific team you work with. As the saying goes, your mileage may vary.
If you're on a good team with decent managers and coworkers, then it's not toxic compared to other teams across the company.
For others, it seems that the majority of the company is toxic with some business functions that are insulated from chaos in other units.
