The Pharma pay is marginally better but the working conditions & benefits are far better.
Horrible culture you say ? So much of that down to Bully in Chief Ann Marie Holmes who is way in over her head
Ask Eamonn , the new boss of the whole in the ground called Magdeburg. He’s just up the road from Leixlip, which is not in germany. he also claimed to be the Fab 24 Leader and Champion , I am sure he is still batting for us .
Just not possible. Ok, the pool table is well used, but being on standby for breakdowns or E3 aborts is essential. There are teams there decimated and there are not enough people to handle the workload. Hence the israeli people being brought in.
There are lots of chiefs doing powerpoint presentations, unless you mean them. But as for techs, as a working tech, I know it is just not possible.
Extremely doubtful, loads of the cheaper, short service MTs & PE have left since the start of "austerity" and now senior techs and PE leaving without a package too as they see no redundancy payout coming and better pay in Pharma than Intel.
Intel saved on packages for MFG by driving natural attrition via lack of pay & horrible culture.
