@bpy+1oO1z0uA, those pipeline reqs are used to gather specific college applicants for the college hiring season. Intel is on the up and up with their reqs. Keep applying for what you match well with (where you meet all the qualifications).

Yes, businesses do create "fake" jobs at times to sample the market and see what people are willing to accept as compensation for roles. Also, to analyze the talent pools and sourcing ability.
Is it normal to not hear back for weeks? Unsure since everything with Intel is so lethargic...
