Store level bonuses are being eliminated entirely beginning in fiscal 2025 once all SM’s and pharmacists outside of CA are switched to hourly, but I don’t know if it’s been announced yet. 2023 bonuses will not be impacted, not sure about 2024.

If store managers go hourly CVS will go bankrupt and managers will be rich. Keeping managers salaried. Keeps wages low. Salaried for 45 hours work 60+ on call taking calls and texts from store conference calls on your days off. Chinese labor in the USA. Keep it going cvs Heart of service LMAO
