As a competitor we absolutely love what Frank has done to Fiserv. Laying off large amounts of talent that we are picking up. Keeping your RM’s and sales folks busy with service work instead of being out in the field selling products. We have a huge grin on our faces and are taking over your clientele. Keep up the good work FB ;)

Based on the latest financial disclosure, Fiserv Inc has a Probability Of Bankruptcy of 100%. This is 147.16% higher than that of the IT Services sector and 210.56% higher than that of the Information Technology industry.

It's not just the last year that FIS has been a nightmare. The new management is OSTENSIBLY trying to right the ship that GN crashed into an iceberg, but I haven't seen many tangible results yet.
11 years @ Fiserv, now working for FIS 2 years. Same issues exist with support and in other areas, but the tempature of the room is much more comfortable to tolerate. Working remote is not an issue and is rarely ever brought up. I left a managers role at Fiserv and did not take a managers role at FIS, best decision ever. I now focus on me.
Truth even if satire, of course working with FIS over the last year has also been a nightmare.
