Don’t be so certain that Dell or Silver Lake will pay their fair share of taxes on their shares sold to Broadcom.
That’s not how companies like BC operate. They follow the laws and do things by the >book.
BC isn't a company that follows the law, they've violated laws several times and have been fined. It's a pretty sleazy company that does illegal things all the time.
I heard that we will have to pay AVGO $1k is we quit.
Get out of here with that nonsense. This is a troll post and you need to kick rocks. Things might be bad but that's not going to happen and it would open the company up to many lawsuits too.
They've already been doing that! There were some folks terminated a few weeks ago, those folks got nothing except a walk to the door!

I know someone whose brother’s neighbor works in BC HR and apparently it’s going to be FIRING SQUADS!
Not necessarily cheaper at all. You are inviting legal litigation. It is hard to fire someone.
Troublemaker-loser.
Troll who gets off on spreading fear and drama. Silly and stupid!!!

This is stupid. Not how Broadcom works (or any serious business.)
