Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

No grievance report against management team in QCOM?

There should be a grievance option for employees to file against management just like management sayi g employee insubordination. This will give employees a platform to feedback any misuse of power.

@@jaf+1oNYq8ZS HR has no say in management decisions. Read earlier comment on the purpose of HR. I like the pip part - as employment is at will for both sides.

The company will just get rid of the entire team. HR wanted to protect the company and the best way is to remove the entire team and move the work offshore.

I guess you guys haven't worked elsewhere. HR exists mainly to protect a company and rightly so. Q employees have it better than many others.
Ageism? Try another tech company (mostly run layoff.com comments style - older guys pushed out).
Anti-woman? In other tech, have heard 4 letter words in the presence of woman.
Pip? What is pip in Q - lol. HR will force you out in next review cycle so your management doesn't have to deal with you.
Q is not perfect. But the grass is not always greener on the other side. Your experience depends on your team.

Its corrupted. QC informed employees to report unethical issues. But HR does nothing as they themselves are corrupted.

CA and shareholders dumping 65 million euros on Manchester United every season. A flawed management is the least of their problems
