The 140 workers at Christus Children’s Hospital in San Antonio and Santa Rosa Hospital in Westover Hills are among nearly 700 statewide who were notified by Aramark Services Inc. that their jobs are ending because the company is being replaced as the food service provider at seven Christus facilities across the state.
