Remote OH folks keep getting told they are building out an office in the BOA building. So far there is nothing done. Floor is bare cement with no walls and no one working on it. Same as it was a year ago when they gave us the same promise. Don’t bet on it…
If you're not in a center of tax breaks....you may not be safe for long.
Maybe if you’re a non-productive loser.
There is no such thing as "safe" at Fiserv. Unless you are in Franks inner-circle of bootlicking c-suite bo--s.
Did they say we had to train them correctly? There’s a lot of fun to be had with this if you try.
My manager moved from Texas to BH to keep his job just to be laid off 8 months later. You CANNOT trust this leadership.
Right, doesn’t matter how many previous times I was told I was safe I was in the latest rounds of relocate or walk meetings. Just because you were “safe” this time doesn’t mean you will be 6 months from now.
There won't be any training pay, your (totally discretionary severance) is your only incentive to stay and train.
Referring to them as a center of EXCELLENCE kind of makes me chuckle
