Let’s focus on giving loyal employees bonuses for staying rather than ridiculous bonuses for new hires for joining.

They tricked me with a 14% bonus when I joined a year from tomorrow. Worst mistake of my life and funny enough interview for new job tomorrow to leave this shithole
It's obvious, walgreens doesn't give a sh-t about their employees. Employees are just numbers to them. That's it!!!!!!!! Loyalty does not exist to them, they will rather higher some without experience at the bear minimum, than keeping an experienced loyal employee.
