Rumor has it, they will incentivize older sll’s to go in 24 so they can take the charges on the books. All in service of making the strategy (failure that it is) look better in 25.

There's probably some truth to that rumor otherwise bp will have to sell a lot of coffee to meet the 2025 strategy. (Looney Tunes bragging about how much we make on a cup of coffee).

The reinvent share plan maturity plus the cost challenges in the drive to 2025 would indicate some shuffling may be required….. They may be expecting a number of SLL’s to walk with matured reinvent shares. I’m not sure they will offer packages?
