Found out today that the new Demand People all came over from Walmart about 2 years and this is when hours started being cut. They are all about self checkout and lean.

"Anyone who wants to leave, can" ROFL. Must be a regional or above making that comment. So far removed from the reality at a store level. Good luck guy. No one is gonna want to hire the field team members that brought about CVS imploding when the dust settles. It was your messed up decisions that brought us here.

CVS CEO made a special trip to tell everyone that the pharmacys in Kansas and Missouri shut down due to Covid and not an employee uprising. There's so many lies I don't know what is real anymore but reddit us also on fire with what's going on.

Anyone who wants can leave, final notice. You will be replaced. Sorry that's the way it is HB-1 Visas are ready to be used. Once again anyone walking out automatically resigns your position and there will be no severance, no back pay, nothing.

Wow! I'm not surprised. Good luck reaching out to corporate because the workers that will intake your concerns are also overworked and under scheduled. It's a vicious cycle. They're just sitting at screens thinking about how they can eek every bit of work from you before you break. Email Karen, her admin assist will read your email -- whenever.

Are we just going to sit here while Kansas and Missouri fight back? We need everyone to walk out and show this company who built it through our blood sweat and tears.
