Thread regarding Phillips 66 layoffs

Where Credit is Due

There has been a lot of criticism directed at the CEO, ELT, different VPs and the Business Transformation program. That criticism is richly deserved and if anything doesn’t go far enough.
One notable exception to this is the Benefits Center! When I was laid off the employees who work there were very courteous, helpful and professional in ensuring I received the benefits I was owed in a timely manner.
My hat is off to them for doing such a good job under what has to be trying circumstances.

Well, nobody.
But do you honestly think anyone at an ELT level cares what anonymous strangers on the internet have to say?
Obviously not.
So the only people that have a chance of getting any message through to them are people with a big enough di-k to swing it at them.
Thank you for making no point at all and providing nothing of value to the conversation. You arrogant ignorant a-s.

The original post smells bad but I agree with it. The ELT doesnt get enough constructive criticism from anyone with a big enough di-k to swing it. And i had good treatment from the HR benefits team when I've called.
