Is it General Case Management? Or Global Crisis Management? We are all waiting for shoe to drop one way or the other.
Morale is low across this company as a whole. Burnout rates are high according to their survey and they struggle to understand the why. I just don't think they truly care anyway. So if they don't, why should we. Just do the minimum and get by.

Can you please clarify what ECS, GCM and BH ( behavioral health?) are? We had some team meetings canceled this week. I have just been waiting wondering if we will have a job week to week. Moral on our team low and we are living in Limbo. Both our managers were laid off in August.
