I guess writing up all of those FTX’s didn’t protect their jobs after all.
ArSA is all ar-e French to me. Do they deserve a curb stomp? Dunno friends, but I know the toxic racialists in the DEI department need the boot. Special treatment for favored skin shades is not equal opportunity! Can we just treat all people with respect? Shucks, I'm part Neanderthal! Should get free money for sharing DNA with an extinct human cousin. Ain't that a minority? Lol
Make sure to check that they filled out there employee survey before we give them the walking papers right before the holidays. So this way we are winning.
Who is ARASA representing ARASA members or the company. The company. Members do not vote on a contract, and union brass decides on approving a contract and sold out members for having to come in 30 to 45 minutes early for shift work on there own time.
The signal dept is already decimated, ARSAs are buried in work trying to help gangs get things done. I remember when signal gangs had between 5 to 12 guys per gang. Now there is a gang (not a “peanut” or track support) w/ only 2 guys on it. In the old days if a 5 man gang had 2 guys out at the same time then another larger gang would send one of their guys so work could still get done. New hires are quitting from signal after being hired and UP isnt trying to hire anyone else to backfill the empty positions. Just wondering how much worse things are gonna get before UP is forced to turn this sh_t show around and start correcting everything thats wrong.
Maint Way track inspectors are Arasa.
Signal has ARSAs.
There are quite a few arasa jobs still around even after this cut.
I thought they were all cut in 2019? What shops still has them?
