Only the field team can see the zeros on the bonus pool. Ours are live while at a store level they are done monthly. With that said....about 60% of my sores bonus pools are set to zero. Not sure what's going on but it doesn't look great with the uncertainty of Wisconsin stores and now Kansas. But hey....they are covering up an uprising. The CEO made a special trip to release a press conference saying the walkout and closures are covid related NOT employee frustration. So that leaves a really bad taste in my mouth when they talk all about family and time off and caring and they legit go and cover it up by lieing. Keep spreading the word if you're tired of their sh*t.
All the funds set aside for Bonuses for last qtr 2023 onwards go solely to the CEO all of it 100%. Sorry that's how things works now
No holiday bonus this year the last one paid out of you even got one was paid the final time.
Mines not zero. In fact it went up by $650 over the previous month.
Store level bonuses are being eliminated entirely beginning in fiscal 2025 once all SM’s and pharmacists outside of CA are switched to hourly, but I don’t know if it’s been announced yet. 2023 bonuses will not be impacted, not sure about 2024.
Cvs math zero store bonuses mean the top of the pyramid run away with all the cash. Never seen a company that continually cries poor, stores can’t make sales budgets etc. miraculously cvs somehow continues to report record earnings. History continues to repeat itself the pharaohs built the pyramids on the backs of the peons and today corporate America builds their yachts, 5th beach house off the backs on todays peons.
They are saying a glitch but I think its a sign of them testing the system to remove it end of year.
