We can begin to dust off, update our resumes or breathe, meditate, generate positive vibes and let it be. Many rumors being created for lack of specific information. We all have our own personal situations which will determine how we all deal with the outcomes. I don’t know about you but it’s quite challenging to be motivated right now.

All you can do is be prepared. Control what you can control, the rest is out of your hands. Even if you get laid off, it’s not the end of the world. It’s stressful and not fun, but you’ll recover. In my career I’ve been laid off I think 4x. Better roles after each one.
I cannot even focus at home let along at work right now. I can tell myself “it is what it is” and it’s out of my control and to stop thinking about it 100 times a day, but it doesn’t take the anxiety and uncertainty away. And it doesn’t help that they keep sending meetings and emails and transformation update stuff almost daily. You get in a flow and then you’re reminded of what’s happening by those. I’m doing my job to the best of my ability in my current state of mind - and that’s all I can offer until I know my fate.
