Mainly, is he going to start laying off left and right to cut costs?

Yes massive layoffs are coming. Some before the end of Q4, and most in Q1 2024. Get it through your heads, this company does not care about you or your family. You're a number on a spread sheet, and any opportunity they get to cut expenses they will. Employees are an expense, not an asset. No matter what they tell you.

I saw a Linked In post today starting with “ it is with a heavy heart today is my last day at Cox Auto after 17 years”.
Not sure if it was voluntary or if the carnage has cranked up again…
