Who cares if she has robots working for her (to be employed by her you have to comply w her ideas so not far from the truth.)! The question is re her culpability in what has transpired.
I think it's time for her to pack up. People and Culture--most of one and all of the other is poor.
not true. she has males and females reporting to her.
P&C (formerly HR) is supposed to serve the employees instead they are just a mouth pieces for the Man. Have you looked at the org chart under KD - its all females. How is this diversity. They don't seem to be practicing what they preach.
