And, as usual, promote buddies, especially those with big mouths. They obviously know everything.
This what happens when things are going off of the rails and the executive management don’t know what to do about it. The market is seeing that the emperor has no clothes and panic is beginning to set in.
The cupboard is bare and no ambit of spin is going to fix that. APA should have been doing what Earthstone did but we failed yet again.
So transfers take over leadership roles denying advancement to others already in that department. Does that explain it?

Managers are being rotated to lead different teams to gain experience managing different assets and different teams as part of their professional development.
The company is trying to build its future leadership through internal development and it sounds like someone who is not in a leadership track is upset their manager was changed.
Explanation?
