How doesn't the leadership at Optum Rx expect employees to be ethical and professional when they aren't. These leaders have no ethics or morals. This is the worst management team I have ever seen, especially MO, CC, and SS. Not one is qualified to be a manager or in management. This place is very toxic, I everything documented. My supervisor told me to do what I needed to do.

Air dirty laundry is more appropriately called - Bringing truth/transparency to the open. This org is notorious for unethical business practices and cover up! Only interested in paying fines. Tactics - just make $$ until getting caught then just pay the fines. Fines hurting the bottom line? No problems! Let's do another round of RIF. Lets do a world tour to flatter the offshore teams to win them over to do more for less. Now those tactics are dirty laundry!!
Why should I care about airing the dirty laundry of this toxic, discriminating, and harassing organization called Optum Rx? Because they don't care about you or any employee for that matter. Another HR representative and manager to save the day.

I been to the EEOC, already and have had my interview with them. You have to go to the EEOC first.
