Why kept on recruiting execs from outside of USA (across from the pond) ? Especially from an org with failed track record. Why not recruiting within US? What kind of message the Board is conveying?

DEI people are forcing executives turn-over? To make room for dummies and incompetent people. Same story everywhere you go, so don’t go blaming they quit…nah
