RX DL was fired because he refused to close certain pharmacies and send the help from those stores to other stores that are short staffed.
Keep in mind, there is no such thing as negotiating now. They just close down just like everyone else offshore everyone's jobs. They JUST DON'T CARE!
I work in the state between Georgia and Mississippi - the fs DLs are a joke - the one that’s pretty good is an a—-hole
Clowns - all they talk about is going to lunch
99% of store managers don’t even get a chance to take a lunch
I guess we are going to pull out and close all operations even store level. Notice will be given check for a WARN Notice. Jobs that can be shipped are going to be offshored.
Exactly! They need to treat employees with respect and pay them what they deserve and truly support them. Don’t just ask-what do you need? And don’t just talk. Give the employees true action and support-enough staff and hours to handle the workload.
These days they take anyone willing to suffer through the DL job. Have you seen the current DLs ? They look like a bunch of young inexperienced embryos. And the higher level management are too removed from the actual stores their management direction isn’t equipped to help them in the post COVID retail environment. But maybe another restructuring can fix it right? Spoiler alert. A restructuring won’t fix the poor corporate direction, inability to staff stores and high turnover.
Heard he fired a DL and everyone finally got tired of their poor leadership. Why on earth would anyone think it’s a good idea to have former target leaders trying to lead retail? Didn’t they fail target into the ground?
