Nothing major, but several teams were hit. I don't think there'll be more moving forward, at least for now.

I haven't heard of any L2 CS managers being let go in Europe/America? This thread is rubbish
I confirmed Monday from a reliable source that we are offshoring CS to the Jamaican team who will be Skill 3 and take all forms of contact. They are a cheaper and more reliable workforce
Castlegate was last week. The week before was home delivery. They are hiring off shore for customer service.
