Countdown

Anybody have access to current FTE count? Of course Leadership keeps quoting the 93,000 number. But can we get an update as it’s whittled down?

Centralized for savings and technical expertise… meanwhile the assets can’t figure out what’s driving AAC , what type of technical support they need or want.

Of course the Corporate headcount increase is in low-cost centers like Krakow while the upstream reduction was mainly in high-cost centers. So even if the overall headcount has increased, the labor costs have still drastically decreased. You can hire 4 people in KL for the price of 1 person in the US at the same Job Grade.

3k reduction in upstream offset by 2k increase in both marketing and corporate … 🙄
