This is bogus. A majority of the cuts were always going to come from China and Taiwan because there was a large headcount not supported by business. From there the temps and contractors are cut. After that, they looked at business lines to see who were consistently not making money. Then came a percentage each business line had to cut. The actual numbers being let go from San Diego will surprise most because it’s not as bad as everyone has said. Most will have higher titles because that’s where you can cut money without losing too many people.
