So wave 2 was supposed to begin this week FRA has them tied up in NP I'm wondering if they will have 2nd thoughts and if they resume the plan I hope this winter bangs them right in the Assssses they are.

Roseville and West Colton are backing up , with trains sitting outside and waiting for track space and its only going to get a lot worse this winter with the rains coming down and Fing UP everything!!

I heard unsubstantiated rumors that we were supposed to see layoffs this week too. I doubt they changed their minds about laying people off. They are probably just waiting til people have forgotten and the optics are better.
