QCOM Shanghai R&D under pressure from Huawei

Most that are laid off in China will walk across the street from Qualcomm building to Huawei building to work there. All those China R&D people have gotten a good advance training from all the tech companies in USA and Internationally while those in USA/Internationally were laid off. Now there aren't enough skilled technology people in USA. This will take time to ramp up as China advances further in technology. Just a few weeks back TSMC said they have to delay the Arizona manufacturing plant to 2025 (instead of completion in 2024) because there aren't enough skilled technicians/engineers to do the job in USA.
Haiwei will keep stealing IP from is tech companies .... Nothing new there.
