I love doing all my work, learning more things, and then being shoehorned into more things ive never done with little to no guidance (that are typically done by people 2 grades above me)

But...but...JC is pushing the mantra of "Do less with less" "Narrow your priorities and focus on them" You mean that's nothing but BS, and that all the existing responsibilities, and the responsibilities of those around you who were laid off didn't magically go away, and that now those of us who are left are being worked to oblivion? Do less with less my ar-e. (If you couldn't tell, I'm in the same boat as you. The last one from my team that was previously five. One by one shown the door over the last two years. Get used to it, that is the model moving forward. Why pay 3 people when you can just overwork 1 for 1/4 of the cost? Operational cost is the #1 priority now, taking focus off product innovation and actually being able to support the products you have.
