Since it has been a very difficult task to figure out the employees to be fired, CA and other board members along with investors board have decided to use musical chair competition. Every office will manage this by playing the music and employees will run from desk to desk. Some chairs will be removed before the music stops and when 20 percent of employees are unable to get a seat is when you know if you are safe or not. The date is random so you know u need to visit office everyday to not miss the competition

The difference with management musical chairs and work music chairs is that for management when the music stops is that everyone gets a promotion.
The musical chairs idea sounds like trying to get a seat at the cafeteria at noon. Although maybe now that problem is being solved with fewer people looking for chairs.
Or, alternatively, we can change the rating system, AGAIN. Instead of on a scale of 1 to 5, just do it binary. 1 means "you're here". 0 means "you're not"
