Well, the official announcement came out this AM. Hsiao is gone!
Can't say we'll miss him! Good riddance.
Who in corporate will submitting the missing person report and Hsiao's picture to the milk carton producers? The systems group should be accustomed now to executives and senior management disappearing without any communications. Heck, they should be use to not having communications about anything.
There is a rumor CIO was let go he is offline in teams for 3 days last seen on Friday. THere is no way a CIO of a fortune 50 company is not online someone that makes 4-5 million a year not online. No way. No word but he is not online since Friday. Let's hope he is right and we can pop the champagne in a couple of days.
Would seem some of that time spent on his private jet dedicated to listening to Rosetta Stone’s English Edition would actually be of good use🤔🙄

Right after we get done hiring candidates from the 25 elite schools that he proposed, along with him mandating that he personally review all resumes, regardless of position within IT. Yeah, that's a good use of his time.
