Is anyone else stretched to absolute breaking point?
It feels like management are pushing like this is the last hurragh and they know something is around the corner but just need to squeeze that last bit from us.
Anoyone else feel the same?
All the while telling us staff are important and we are all one big family.
BS

Dell is a large S*No customer. Business automation and AI will ki-l more roles than you could imagine... It could even ki-l the global Company
Haha, work more with less.
I have a different suggestion to make: pay us more with demanding less...
I feel disappointed. Around me in other countries people who have my role are being fired. And there is a big change it will happen to me too coming months. I work hard for this company with pleasure, but do not want to work hard for them if they are going to fire me….so they better can be transparant than just silence fire people.
It is sad indeed. Focus is on doing more work with less people and still expecting the best results.
I told my manager I would leave. (That part made me sad because he genuinely didn't want me to leave), but now I feel so relieved.
A burden fell of my shoulders and although I am a bit scared for what the future might bring, it is still better then the current stress, getting a heart attack or mental illness by staying at Dell.
I have never felt more abused than I do now! I am hoping that I am made redundant. i'm over hearing "We need to work more with less" BOLLOCKS! I can't work more with less or I'm going to have a heart attack from the stress. No one care about you, I am just a flipping number! Makes me ill how they post numbers about the earnings but we have no recourses. SHAME ON YOU MICHAEL DELL! You have sh---y shareholders!

Recession hits in 6 months. No more sales. Mass layoff.
ELT get their bonuses. Same old story. watch the pattern
Next 6 months? Where are you located?
Confirmed. Told by ELT to just focus on the next 6 months. No promises what will happen after that
The boiling frog.
I heard Dell is being acquired by Microsoft.
