Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

Feedback about an employee

I'm just a new hire that nearly completed 5 months, I worked with someone for one month. Now I have received that I have to give feedback about him in workday.
What does this mean ? Is the same happens to me, someone else would give feedback about me ?
or is this person is a risk on layoff ? or both of us ?

The people on this board occasionally, frequently, consistently, perpetually exceed my expectations. 3.9 stars out of 5, but we're integer based. So, 3 out of 5. Ooooo, so close. Maybe next year you'll get promoted. NOT. Who believes this horsesh!t "system" anyway?

What is your manager doing that he hasn't explained to you how AR works?

As previously mentioned, this is normal. Each year employees send requests to a few co-workers that they worked with, asking for feedback. The feedback you give is typically only seen by the manager of the employee who made the request.

This is part of the yearly review feedback and it is a normal process. It is not at all indicative of who is on the list and who isn't on the list. Just provide your honest feedback for this person and add a few people who will provide feedback for you
