I’m on the tech side of the house. Keith was an excellent leader. Todd H knew it. But when you have a CEO who lies to clients and associates about “being together is better”, and package away thousands of the top talent in the industry because of where they sit. That says it all.
He was the best CIO one of the best leaders Fiserv had. He went to bat for his people and tried to do what’s best our the clients. But Frank/Gibbons cared more about RTO and remote people not being in an office than he cared about our clients and associates. It put a target on his back.
