Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

5 day FTO

Sounds like Lincoln peeps were told it's back to the office 5 days a week. Including some in the surrounding areas that still had full remote status. #frankyyanky

The city will plow the roads. You won't need a special vehicle or tires to get to work.

With the previous policy we would just work from home the days that it is likely to snow. But the work from home policy has changed, so you are asking a good question about Fiserv's severe weather policy.

Whats the Lincoln policy during the winter months when roads are frozen? Will they make people who relocated from CA, TX, FL or GA who rarely if evet see snow drive to work in those dangerous conditions? Or do i also need to buy snow tires or get a 4WD vehicle. The relo money wont be enough

Heard the morale in Lincoln is depressing and whole sections are empty waiting for bodies. Is that true?

In Lincoln, have not heard of any changes to the hybrid schedule at this point.

Sounds like somebody's manager/director is a Di-kenzeebut saying 5 days.

OP here. The person who shared this with me was a full remote Lincoln associate who lives about 60 miles away. They were told 5 days in office.

Others might be hearing different things but that's what was relayed to me.

They need you to quit to make room for all the people they expect from Sioux Falls and remote.

Huh, that's interesting...was the first question I asked as I, as many others, have been "asked" to relocate to Lincoln. I was told it's 4 days required in the office with Fridays optional..same rules as BH New Jersey.
Now I'm well aware that their words mean a whole lot of nothing and can/will change at any moment.

We were told in a biweekly meeting in another group 3 weeks ago that they were not messing with the 4 day hybrid. This was in response to rumors flying that we were going FTO.

I will quit if it's FTO again. I literally cannot afford the commute any more.
