Why do we have highly-paid individuals for low-level work, such as Business Intelligence (BI), Data Governance (DG), and Data Quality (DQ) in the CDTO group? We often say, 'If you don't want to work on critical P1 applications, work in BI; you'll always have someone to blame, both during development and support. No one will call you in the middle of the night. And if you don't want to work at all, choose the Data Governance work.
