Does anyone else here document in this system? WHY are we using this when it goes down every single day. They should focus their $$ on another system and also reconsider whoever pushed for this in the first place instead of bouncing folks who are actually trying to help and do good work! Argh.

Because some executive sniffed a third party vendor's farts and is trying to get promoted. Now he can be the guy that cashes them a check and "improves efficiencies across the healthcare experience" or some other jargon drivel. Rinse, repeat, until CVS Health is barely a company on its own and is more a zombified Frankenstein of third party vendors that promised the world only to deliver an Infosys-coded tu-d.
It’s a horrendous system and has been for years.
Med compass is a nightmare
