Similarly when you look at process teams you probably need to ask yourself what do they do they bring to the table when tool vendors own process development.

I'd expect all teams should be seeing high attrition. Management has been clear about the desired attrition targets and in the layoffs this winter they made it clear that high cost experienced workers where the target with no regard to preformance and lower management needs.

When you look at teams like GCM you probably need to ask yourself what do they do that couldn't be farmed out to contractors and marketing firms.
